Every book on eGoodBooks are digital books consisting of PDF and epub format. No. Physical. Copies. 


Can I return this?

Digital content is not eligible for returns. Please see our return policy. Requests for returns will be responded with a link to our refund policy. 


What do I do if I exceed my download limit?

No worries, just email us at sales@egoodbooks.com and we’ll reset it for you.

 

Where do I read this book after I buy it? 

You can read it on your Phone, Tablet, Kindle, eReader. Basically on almost all smart devices.

 

My file isn't opening! What do I do!?

How long until I receive my order?

Orders are fulfilled immediately and are emailed to you within 1-3 minutes


What if I can’t find the book I need?

Chances are it’s available in our eGoodBooks Directory but hasn’t been uploaded onto our website yet, Just place a request with us at requests@egoodbooks.com and we'll be sure to get back to you within 24 hours 


What is a eGoodBooks Directory?

Our directory consist of over 3 million ebooks, we upload new books everyday, but we can fish one out early for you if it’s in there. Just put in a request.

 

Why haven’t I received my order yet?


From time to time we experience what we like to call a “Time-out” which rarely happens but it consists of random orders not being fulfilled by our system on a certain day. We understand your need for a delivery in a timely manner and are currently working with our IT team closely to get rid of this problem all together. Now do you lose your money? Is your order gone? No. We will fulfill your order that same day with a simple request at request@egoodbooks.com the quicker we receive the request the quicker we can act. Please include your name and order number.
